By accessing or using QuickReviews ("Service"), operated by One Sky Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including businesses and individuals who register for an account.

2. Description of Service

QuickReviews provides the following services to businesses:

• AI-powered Google review collection via custom QR codes
• Automated and AI-assisted replies to Google reviews
• Google Business Profile review management
• Review analytics and performance dashboard
• Customer review campaign tools

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Have a valid Google Business Profile for your business

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Google Business Profile API Usage

By connecting your Google account to QuickReviews, you authorize us to access your Google Business Profile data and manage your reviews on your behalf. You agree that:

• You have the authority to grant access to the Google Business Profile(s) you connect
• AI-generated review replies will be posted in your name
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing automated replies if needed
• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time
• Our use of Google data complies with Google's Terms of Service and API policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Violate Google's review policies or Terms of Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Use automated bots or scripts without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscription and Payments

QuickReviews offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Auto-renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months of service

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The QuickReviews platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by One Sky Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickReviews is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from using our review tools
• That AI-generated replies will always be accurate or appropriate
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Sky Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuickReviews, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of QuickReviews is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
